All our dishes are freshly prepared onsite from soups, stocks, sauces to all our desserts. We prefer to lead rather than follow and truly hope that you enjoy the fruits of our labour. Our seafood supplier has set up the British skippers scheme with specially selected skippers and boats around Britain to bring us the finest quality fresh fish, caught responsibly. Through the scheme reports are received direct from the fishermen who are catching our fish, letting us know what they're going to land. We then have access to the best of their catch.
